Understanding Assessment Fees
Your assessment fees help keep our community beautiful, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Every contribution goes toward services, amenities, and maintenance that benefit all residents.
Paying Your Assessment Fee Online
A Note from the Board on Online Payment Handling Fees:
As we finalize updates to the online payment portal, residents who choose to pay their annual assessment online will need to manually add the applicable PayPal transaction fee to their total payment. At this time, the Association is unable to absorb these processing fees.
Please note that paying by debit or credit card is the lower-cost option, with a transaction fee of 2.99% + $0.49 per payment. Using the PayPal Checkout button carries a higher processing fee of 3.49% + $0.49 per payment.
Example (Annual Assessment: $300)
Debit/Credit Card (2.99% + $0.49):
$300 × 2.99% = $8.97
$8.97 + $0.49 = $9.46 transaction fee
Total payment: $309.46
PayPal Checkout Button (3.49% + $0.49):
$300 × 3.49% = $10.47
$10.47 + $0.49 = $10.96 transaction fee
Total payment: $310.96
We appreciate your understanding during this transition and will provide updates as improvements to the payment system are completed.
